Naoussa

The Wine Story: A famous Macedonian winery with
a long history. Its presence in the winemaking industry
dates from 1879. Today, Boutari produces wines in –
almost – every interesting winemaking region in the
country. The Tour: Winemaking, maturing, barrels
and bottles are all part of the tour, before guests rest
on the comfortable chairs to watch the multi-show
“In the Xinomavro region”, a conceptual journey to
the vineyards where the famed grape is cultivated.
Then, guests move into the hall to taste wines and
indulge in local delicacies. Wine Style: The refined
charm of its red wines is a testament to Boutari’s
many years of experience in Naoussa. Must Try:

Διάσημη μακεδονική οινοποιία με μακρόχρονη
ιστορία. Η παρουσία της στο χώρο του κρασιού
χρονολογείται από το 1879. Σήμερα παράγει κρασιά
σχεδόν σε κάθε ενδιαφέρουσα αμπελουργική
ζώνη της χώρας. Η ξενάγηση: Οινοποίηση,
παλαίωση, βαρέλια, φιάλες... θα ξεναγηθούμε, πριν
καθίσουμε στις αναπαυτικές πολυθρόνες για να
παρακολουθήσουμε το πολυθέαμα «Στα μέρη του
Ξινόμαυρου», ένα νοερό ταξίδι στις αμπελουργικές
ζώνες όπου καλλιεργείται το περίφημο σταφύλι.
Μετά θα βγούμε στη σάλα για να δοκιμάσουμε
κρασιά και τοπικές γεύσεις. Το στυλ των κρασιών:
Η φινετσάτη γοητεία των ερυθρών κρασιών της
αποδεικνύουν τα χρόνια εμπειρίας της Boutari στη
