THESSALONIKI AIRPORT
The following illustrates and summarises the enhancement changes that will
be implemented at Makedonia airport under Fraport Greece’s investment plan
by 2021. Εδώ μπορεί να δει κάποιος τη μελλοντική εικόνα και τη συνοπτική
καταγραφή των αλλαγών που θα πραγματοποιηθούν στο αεροδρόμιο Μακεδονία,
στο πλαίσιο του επενδυτικού προγράμματος της Fraport Greece μέχρι το 2021.

• Reorganising the apron area.

στάθμευσης των αεροσκαφών.
• Pavement renovation at the
takeoff, landing and aircraft
parking areas. Ανακαίνιση του
οδοστρώματος στους χώρους
προσγείωσης, απογείωσης και
στάθμευσης αεροσκαφών.
• Installation of the “HBS inline
screening” system for luggage
screening. Εγκατάσταση
συστήματος “HBS inline
screening” για τον έλεγχο των
αποσκευών.
• 47% increase in the number of
check-in counters (from 30 to
44). 47% αύξηση των σταθμών
check-in (από 30 σε 44).
• 75% increase in the number of
baggage reclaim belts (from 4
to 7). 75% αύξηση των ζωνών
παραλαβής αποσκευών (από
4 σε 7).
• 50% increase in the number
of departure gates (from 16 to
24). 50% αύξηση του συνολικού
αριθμού πυλών (από 16 σε 24).
• Doubling the number of
security check-lanes (from 6 to

ασφαλείας και ελέγχου του
αεροδρομίου (από 6 σε 12).
