successful gastronomic projects in Thessaloniki has set up a
60s-like grocery store in the heart of London – he aspires that his
next venture will take innovation in London food industry to
a higher level. An active participant in local administration, he
believes deeply that community involvement leads to a sustainable

Although he has been working as a director of
photography in Hollywood for the past 10 years
-in film, advertising and television-, Thessaloniki
is still part of his daily routine. Vivid memories of
his childhood in the city where he grew up operate
daily, subconsciously or not, as inspiration for his
work: walks on the beach, boats on the horizon,
the Modiano Market during Christmas, snow on
the balcony of the house. Αν και τα τελευταία 10
